GoldMails free software lets you quickly create personal and powerful rich-media messages by recording your voice over images copied from the web, or imported image files, PowerPoints or PDFs. Share your message or presentation as a link in your e-mail or email marketing program (Constant Contact), or with one click to your website or blog, or social networks like facebook and twitter. When the link is clicked your message plays in the browser just as you recorded it. Reporting and tracking captures the number of times a message was viewed, when it was viewed, and optionally, by who. Unlike e-mails with attachments, you retain control of your messages: turn viewing on/off or deleting them. Great Tool, simple to use.

Pros
Good directions and tutoring to get started. I was able to complete a test "Goldmail" in a few minutes after download. Sent it and everything worked perfect.
Cons
I only have the free version so this isn't a complaint. Emails seem a little inflexible when creating. Could be my learning curve.
Summary
I am extremely pleased with Goldmail. It has been incorporated into our email marketing program. I will be upgrading soon..
Love the product. VERY easy to use!

Pros
Able to get started right away. Already a critical piece of communication for my business both internally and externally. Love that I'm able to create a PPT with notes and GoldMail imports both the visual and text. GREAT product and affordable
Cons
haven't found anything yet.
Summary
Within the first week I was able to reach out to a prospect I'd been targeting for months and easily convey the busines opportunity; the GoldMail message truly allowed me to get the conversation started. I also started using the product to send an update internally and everyone loved that they were able to view the message on their own time.

Pros
Found it simple to get started by recording my voice over the test slides. Powerpoint import and pasting images from clipboard works perfectly. Liked that I can use my own email to share, but also send to twitter and facebook in one click.
Cons
Message length is restricted to 3 minutes in the free version.. I wanted to record more
