Developer’s Description

Change the transparency level of desktop windows when moving or sizing.

GhostWin is a utility that runs in the background and makes application windows transparent when moving or sizing. It also appends a new system menu item to each desktop window so that transparency can be adjusted on a per-window basis. Other program settings allow for top-most (window remains in the foreground even when not active) and 'ghosted' (top-most and transparent to mouse clicks and keystrokes). For adjusting settings and starting or stopping the service, there is a simple control console.

Easy to use transparent window utility.

Pros
Simple interface, no visual clutter, no tray icon or anything like that. I like that windows become transparent when dragged on the desktop.
Cons
Doesn't appear that you can change the transparency level of windows that are being moved.
Summary
I like this product because it adds a new capability to the windows desktop without adding any visual clutter.
