Change the transparency level of desktop windows when moving or sizing.
GhostWin is a utility that runs in the background and makes application windows transparent when moving or sizing. It also appends a new system menu item to each desktop window so that transparency can be adjusted on a per-window basis. Other program settings allow for top-most (window remains in the foreground even when not active) and 'ghosted' (top-most and transparent to mouse clicks and keystrokes). For adjusting settings and starting or stopping the service, there is a simple control console.
