I bought the registration twice for both of the laptops I owned. I have contacted support and got a quick response that was more than helpful. Converts videos you already have and works for many sites. There are a few sites it doesn't work on but I will always support this software.

I liked this program so much I registered it. The company, I believe located in Russia, has EXCELLENT customer support, answers questions and provides any fixes in about 24 hours. American companies should be so lucky to that kind of service.

Pros
I wanted this to download XTube videos, it couldn't download the first one I tried, but the second one it could. But even on a very fast high speed connection, it's taking it's sweet time.
Cons
Does not seem to be able to download every link, and it takes a long time to download videos that are only a few minutes long. In fact I just checked the progress... I don't think it's doing anything at all.
Summary
This might work great on other video sites, but don't get it for Xtube.
