Geographer is an elegant and powerful world atlas based on the CIA World Factbook.You'll find all of the World Factbook's rich country information, ranked lists and field definitions inside. But you'll find a whole lot more too.While the World Factbook does mention cities, admin divisions, mountains and lakes, it is primarily country-focused. Geographer supplements the World Factbook by adding rich information to these other entities. This information takes the form of sortable lists, Wikipedia excerpts, maps and photos.Geographer is also a more powerful and interactive World Factbook. A region filter can be applied to ranked lists to allow for regional comparisons. A ranked list can be displayed as pins on a map, providing a different way to compare locations. Local times and distances from locations are provided.
