Pros
Cost Effective Easy to use Informative No Condo should be without it Great layout that touches on all important aspects in condo living. Simply the best on the market today bar none.
Cons
Not really sure if there is one. They always seem to be improving the site and features. Yeah, I can't really think of any negative aspects to GeniePad.
Summary
If you own, live in, or manage a condominium, GeniePad is simply a must. There is nothing out there that is even remotely better, trust me, I've looked. If you look at all the features and the benefits of site, it really is a no brainer. Try it yourself.
