Create your own army of lethal, totally obedient creatures.
Geneforge is a fantasy role-playing game for the Macintosh. It features fully animated 16-bit graphics, the ability to create your own army of lethal, totally obedient creatures, and a cunning enemy AI with foes who can go on patrols, stalk you, and run for help. Geneforge features a huge and open storyline and you have the freedom to choose your own path and decide how the story will turn out. You can fight the evil overlord or you can join him. You can help the peasants or you can torment them. You can be the bold hero or you can just try to get away. Geneforge v1.1 runs natively under OS X.
If you're someone who requires awsome graphics a gee-wiz special effects, then look elsewhere. If, however, you want a cool and addictive RPG in the classic mold this is for you. Fairly large world to explore and an incredible free nolinear plot. It's nice to play a game that gives you so much freedom instead of making all your decisions for you.

I was hooked on the demo and just had to buy the registration. This game is that good. It doesn't look like much, but the story line is engrossing and the entire game is simply massive. Everything is so open and you are allowed to do whatever you want. Get this game!

It's fun and addictive, I quit smoking crack and weed because I didn't want to get up from the computer to get it. I don't have a job I'm so ubsest, I bought the game and made two the forty-seventh level where I'm playing zorton the king of the beetle warriors against Ornox. I think I can beat him if I use the discipline wand from the king of Jornos in the third dimension.
