GDS Utilities Personal for Windows

This package includes three utilities to work with GDSII binary and ASCII files: gdsinfo - provides basic information about GDSII file; gds2asc - converts binary GDSII file to ASCII format; asc2gds - converts ASCII file to binary GDSII format. All utilities implement 64-bit file access and have very small memory footprint, which guarantees they can process files much larger than 4GB.
