The product looks promising, the service does not

- From the perspective of my client base: - Pricing is very affordable and value for money, considering all the goodies that come with it. - The customised reports seem restrictive at first glance, but do make sense for those not used to using computer systems to run their business - Big thumbs up for the single-step POS-to-Online Store capability - The online how-tos are good to have for easy reference

- From the perspective of my client base: - Interface looks clean but does not have the friendly feel of web-based interfaces - Users will eventually outgrow the customised reports as they want to drill further down to draw more insights from their data. - I'm saving the worst for last: total lack of customer service. Enquiries are ignored and not responded to.
- Summary
- If I were to buy a POS system for myself, Gazelle will probably be one of a handful that I'd take a really close look at. But I canNOT recommend it to my client base, which consists of non-techies, because of the total disregard for customer service. Service is wrapped around the product and is always part of the product. Or did someone forget?
