Calculate the pressure drop in gas pipe work using this handy little app. Simply select the pipe material and size, gas type, operating pressure, pipe length and required flow rate.Perfect for sizing gas pipes including industrial and commercial pipework.Includes steel up to DN250, copper up to 108mm, MDPE up to 315mm and CSST up to DN50.Calculates pressure drop for steel and stainless steel, copper and MDPE pipe work using Natural Gas, Butane and Propane.Optionally include both high and low pressure loss fittings.Instantly displays the calculated pressure drop and includes a message to state if the pressure drop is within the maximum drop suggested by IGE/UP/2 produced by the Institution of Gas Engineers and Managers.Use to check the required size of new gas pipe work or to check existing pipe work.
