Saves the training data from my Forerunner to My Mac

Pros
Transfers my training data to my Mac where I can use it in Garmin Training Center, or any other app which can read the TCX files. The TCX files are XML formatted making it easy for other developer to make supporting applications.
Cons
It is not quite obvious when data transfer happens, but it usually does so automatically.
Summary
The last software from Garmin which allow me to transfer training data directly to my Mac without sending it to Garmin first. I am not sold on the idea of storing files at Garmin's web site *only*. Surely they are really good with backup, but I like to have my own copy.
