  it would have taken me 10 hours to convert a 100,000kb asf file to mpeg with a 1.6ghz processor. not to mention it froze everything up when i tried to cancel conversion. dont waste ur time, the good comments were probably written by someone who stands to gain finantially from the sale of this product.

  Works great!! P4 2.4GHz running at 2.7GHz with 512Mb DDR 333Mhz RAM and it takes about 20min to convert a 3.5min ASF to MPEG-1. Greatly reccomended. Uses LOTS of CPU power so the faster CPU you have the faster it runs.

  This is seriously the slowest converter i have ever used. a 3:45 second movie being converted from WMV to MPEG took an hour and twenty minutes to render.

  FINALLY a program that will convert FROM Microsh*t's own proprietary format to something USEFUL!!! DON'T CAVE INTO MS!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

  So far it has done everything it claims it will do. It is slow very slow im useing it to convert different files to mpeg files. I'm still useing it for free i dont know if you paid if it would convert faster you would have more options but it would be nice if it was alot faster at converting files.
