Though its primary goal is merging and dividing video files of various formats, Fx Joiner and Splitter offers some nice bonuses that help give you greater control over your finished product. The program supports both AVI and MPEG formats, as well as RM and WMV. Apart from its main functions, the application offers a variety of ways to alter your creation, including options for changing ratio, height, width, and frame settings. You also can apply various transition and special effects. We think Fx Joiner and Splitter is a good tool for budding moviemakers as well as for average users.
