FuelView is a free iPhone application that provides users with real-time fuel prices for petrol, diesel, LPG, and other fuel types in Western Australia. It leverages data from FuelWatch, a government initiative, to ensure that users have access to the most accurate and up-to-date prices. The app is designed for convenience, allowing users to quickly locate nearby fuel stations and compare prices effortlessly.
With its intuitive interface, FuelView enables users to view fuel prices either in a list format or on an interactive map. Utilizing the iPhone's GPS functionality, the app automatically fetches fuel prices based on the user's current location, though manual entry of suburbs or postcodes is also supported. Each listing includes the distance to the station, and tapping on a result provides a detailed view of the location on the map.
