FSC Development Kit

FSC is a general-purpose 32-bit C compiler toolset, which can run on almost any Win32 platform (including Windows95, Windows 98, Windows NT 4, Windows2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8), and runs compatibly on Win64 platforms. It can produce Win32 PE files and DOS MZ files. This development tool kit includes compilers, linker, assembler, disassembler, library generation, resource compiler, symbolic information generator, Makefile tools, C run-time library and integrated development environment.
