Active Image for Windows

Active Image creates or modifies images on the fly. Create new, or modify existing images. It features text drawing with selectable font, style, and angle; drawing methods, such as rectangle, arc, circle, charts, polygons, image crop, flip, resize, and rotate; reading/saving images from/to databases such as MS SQL server and MS Access, or from/to program variables; direct output to browser data stream; and much more. It's royalty-free for software developers and has full source code in the distribution (for enterprise version).

Version 5.0 adds support for GIF and WBMP image formats, WAP devices, alpha blending and transparency, and includes a number of other enhancements and bug fixes.
