  all this companies software works well and is useful

  It is impossible to get regrestration codes for software. They do not respond to requests for codes meaningfully if at all. If you can put up with startup delay it's OK

  One of several good free HTML software<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Feb 28, 2011<p/>I have used freshdevices software for many years. I have a big problem with their registration process. I have not been able to get new registration codes in more than a year. My service provider says they are not blocking them and I have not gotten a satisfactory response from freshdevices. This is especially true for their html software.

  As soon as I opened my well-established, nice, web page, Fresh HTML turned it into something totally unrecognizable. Nothing was as I expected it.

  Summary

  Just as an example, the one page I opened with Fresh HTML was supposed to have to tables with lots of rows and two columns. Instead of seeing a small column on the left and a larger one on the right, Fresh HTML showed only the first column with bizarrely extended shapes, and then BENEATH that (i.e., as if it were a new row) appeared the second column, whose text was scattered all over the place. Now, perhaps Fresh HTML has to create new HTML files from scratch, but, if that's the case, then the description should say so. As bad as Microsoft Front Page is, by comparison, Fresh HTML is a child with chalk drawing on a cobblestone street in the middle of traffic for the very first (and definitely last!) time! I have no idea what the creators of this software were thinking, or how they managed to make something that totally undermines the coder's intent, but it is now off my computer. Does the term "WYSIWYG" mean anything to you?

  Pros

  I was looking for easy software so I could teach someone in our non-profit group how to update the website. I use Dreamweaver and it was too complicated for them. This works great.

  Cons

  Great for beginners. I think you still need someone that knows html code but this works great for people with no knowledge of code to update websites.

  Summary

  Great for quick updates with little knowledge using wysiwyg feature.

  Easy to use and understand the editing method

  Cons

  Editing an existing page gave inconsistant results. Example Font size changes within the text when no such changes existed in origional text. There was no indication why this was happening and could not be changed by editing and retyping.

  Pros

  I like the option of the Html and the Design views so that's why I downloaded it.

  Cons

  I could create a table but I couldn't seem to merg rows. The right click button didn't seem to do anything. I did it through the HTMl but I'm no expert and it didn't look right. The copy and past button doesn't seem to work. I'm using XP and I like to do Ctrl C and Ctrl P but that didn't work for me. You can copy if you cut it using the buttons on the bar (I was doing this in the html) but... It was just dissapointing. <p>I think it has a lot of promise. The creators just need to iron out some of the details.
