Most sites it tries to submit to don't exist anymore. Besides people prefer automatic submitters now not manual which this one is.

Zero, it doesn't do anyithing useful
Cons
As you run the downloaded setup, it connects to internet and downloads junk during an hour. It fills your system with spyware, doesn't install a promised program and shows a screen for a million Italian games. There is some unreadable text comment
Summary
It's a publicity scam. Don't install it if you don't have a powerful antispy and antivirus protection.
