  The program works well but you have to download a driver to your camera, something that always makes me a little nervous. But, it worked with no issues and they show you how to uninstall after. The program is easy to use. Connect your camera to the computer, click Connect and it gives you your camera info and Shutter Count ?805. To take away the ? you have to pay a one time purchase of $5. So, not free. I paid the price because I'm trying to sell the camera but was bummed that they falsely advertised a FREE product.

  Free, and possibly adfree as well

  Cons

  Did not work AT ALL! 2 x Canon 550D and 1 x Canon 750D, and the software kept asking for the camera to be attached and hit refresh. Windows explorer could see the camera, but this software never did.
