Red Microsoft popup window warns the download is unsafe

Pros
The as-yet-to-be-seen "pros" are absolutely irrelevant if the red Microsoft popup reports: INSTANTPHOTOSKETCHSETUP.EXE WAS REPORTED AS UNSAFE. (Then it gives the option to DELETE or VIEW DOWNLOAD, but no option to INSTALL like other cnet downloads typically offer.)
Cons
Deleted immediately upon download. P.S> I'm using a clean new installation of Vista with latest Microsoft Security Essentials update.
Summary
I advise that all surfers wait to download this until the program's author fixes their certificate issue and you have concrete confirmation from Cnet that this application is safe.
