Pros
It seemed to work fine - I selected 2 .mts videos, told it to merge them and convert them to mp4 formatted filed. It appeared to - I stopped reviewing the video as soon as I saw the watermark that said - buy full version to remove watermark...

WATERMARK in FREE VERSION The software appearance in not particularly attractive.
Summary
I downloaded this software because it said it would convert my files FOR FREE. I don't consider it free if ALTERS my video with a watermark. I consider it deceptive and uninstalled it.
