• Isn't really "free"

  Pros

  The Under-3-minute sample that was outputted managed to encode the original video file (which was actually corrupted) properly, despite several other encoding programs not being able to. I might end up paying for the full version since this is the only thing I've been able to find so far that's encoded the file correctly, but I wish they wouldn't advertise it as "Free" when it's nothing more than a restricted trial.

  Cons

  "Free" is plastered all over this software... but they load like 10 junkware programs on your machine, and only allow you to convert up to 3 minutes of video with the "free" version. If you want to convert more than 3 minutes, then you need to upgrade to the paid version.
