FRAT is a social media app that allows post-secondary students to upload pictures and videos to their University/College's story. It is a location based application where you have to be within range of that school to post to its story. In addition, you can view trending University/College's and have yours ranked #1. The result of this is endless entertaining content where you can really see what happens after class at your school and others.
