• False advertising. It is not a complete version.

  Pros

  Started the program and it 'looked' like it may be good. I wish it would have been complete like it says it is.

  Cons

  Cannot use accounts so you cannot put company name is the contact list. Disapointing.

  Summary

  Could not use the program because I needed to put company name in. Isn't that why you would want a CRM? I am surprised Cnet allows this type of work.

  Pros

  Easy to use, Just been playing around before loading this up with all my details, I like that you can click on "ADD TASK" on a contact's profile, and create a task associated with that contact which appears on your main calendar page. SIMPLE.

  Cons

  Same issue as previous review, unable to delete contact... It would be better if you could Edit ALL Contact;s details at once, rather than selecting one field to edit at a time..

  Summary

  Highly recommend, as it is easy to use. I am a very simple PC user, and this has been easy to use so far. Also has a PDF manual to get info on how to navigate around

  Pros

  I liked the fact thats its like outlook but this is free. I rather use this version rather than the Vista Version that came with my lap top. I was looking for a GOOD CRM and this one has it where it very easy to use.

  Cons

  Had a glitch deleting a client in contact.

  Summary

  This must be a very well kept secret because it just work wonderfully well with what I do on a daily basis.,,,email and keep track of leads and clients.
