Formdocs Electronic Forms Software replaces Omniform and is a complete solution for easily creating, filling-in, and managing the forms you use in your business or organization every day. Even the most novice user can scan any paper form and convert it to a fill-able electronic form. Most forms in Word and PDF can also be converted to fill-able FormDocs forms. Filled-in forms can be saved as individual documents or grouped together as records in an included, simple-to-use document management database where all forms can be organized, browsed, listed, and searched. Saved forms can also be printed, e-mailed, exported to PDF, and digitally signed. Multiple users can concurrently open and share forms over a network. A host of optional advanced features, including serial numbers, spell-checking, automatic calculations, data-entry validation, ODBC connectivity, VB scripting, attachments, and more, can satisfy the needs of individuals, departments, IT staff, and integrators.
