Its terrible. There is no install instructions or "read me" files and the makers of the program don't seem to care.

Display three headlines that are traversing down the page to create a sensation of text scrolling down.

Free flash news ticker with xml and css support. As the headline changes, the component has been created in such a way that there is no abrupt change viewed by the user in any headline's textual content as it is replaced by another headline item. Rather, the text of one headline disappears gradually giving the user a sensation of fading text and that is being replaced by the next headline item as it appears gradually. The site provides a hyperlink to the detailed pages where complete text is available regarding the relevant headline text being displayed in the front. This enables the user to actually alter the content even in the detail pages if required. This component has been created in such a way that allows it to be used in any website and still perform the same way no matter on which host website these components are being deployed at. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com
