  I bumped into Eventlife when I was doing a review on event management software programs. The website looked professional thus drew my interest. For me to come up with an honest review I had to try it out. The software literary keeps you on the driving seat of your event. You are able to flawlessly keep track of every aspect of the event where you are able to track from the guests attending the event to how you spend the money that you generate. In addition to these attractive features, it's also easy to use. All you need to do is register with the site and with basic computer skills you will be able to use the software without the need of taking time to read or watch instructional videos. I highly recommend the software to everyone having an event. It doesn't matter whether you are having a large or small event. The software will meet your needs.

  Straight forward, easy to use and directly connected to trusted payment platforms. Easy communication to all or only one invited guests for reminders, updates and follow-up.

  Couldn't find any information on how website updates are handled and how advance notice is given.

  Summary

  Having worked and lived in the financial capital of Shanghai, I have attended countless trade shows and events requiring registration, name tags and bar codes. I wish that Eventleaf Online had been around back then. With their platform, the back counter side of organizing an event is able to accommodate, whether it be a city wide industry gathering, or an international event that brings together tens of thousands. Working in an industry with many moving parts it is great to know that our events will be professional and seamless as all the steps from the initial invitation to the payment and the registration at the event itself are all on one platform that can be monitored live.

  Pros

  Eventleaf seems to be the most common service I use these days for event registrations. It is quick, remembers my information and doesn't ask for much. The details are easy to find for each event I attend. I would recommend Eventleaf to anyone. I haven't used it much to find events happening around town, primarily used for registrations for business events and meetings I have been invited to.

  Cons

  There is nothing to dislike.

• Great Value for money

  Pros

  Our team had extensive demo's and used the software for 2 week. We liked it to the extent that we are intending to place a letter of intent for an event with over 10,000 attendees. We were very impressed with the product. It will help our foreign affairs department in United Arab Emirates.

  No cons were reported. As we continue to use sofware we suggest modifications, if possible for even better efficiency,

  Pros

  We used Eventleaf to send personalized email invitations to every guest; we didn't have to spend money on printing professional looking event badges. We were notified by email each time our guests arrived; we really liked this feature. Prior to using Eventleaf, we were managing contacts in an Excel file, it was very difficult to manage it as sometimes the entries crossed 600 and sending email to everyone was cumbersome and error prone. Eventleaf automated all such tasks for us.

  Pros

  What we liked most about this software among many features that Eventleaf offers, is that printing badges at the time of entry, earlier we had to print badges before the event and if someone didn't arrive then that badge was waste due to which many badges were just waste but now we could print customized badge for every guest only when he/she arrived at our event. Till now Eventleaf is the best event software we have ever used.

  doesn't support other platforms like linux
