FinchTV for Windows

FinchTV is a popular way to easily view and edit your DNA sequencer chromatogram data. Not only can it display an entire trace in a scalable multi-pane view, but FinchTV will also display quality values (when available), and let you edit your base calls and save them to a new chromatogram file for later use. You also have the ability to search your sequence data using regular expressions or simple base queries, view raw data from AB1 files, and export your data in FASTA format

Version 1.4 features: print your trace with custom scale settings; view and edit chromatogram files stored in Geospiza's Finch Suite database, along with quality trimming and vector masked regions; save edits back to the Finch Suite; bug fixes and performance improvements.
