  Pros

  easy to use and best of all it is free. does not install on your system; it is self contained, you just run it, specify which folder you want the list of, and the file list is created in the same folder that the program is in. simple as that...

  none... it is just a one trick pony, and it does that trick spot on...

  Summary

  if you need a quick list of the contents of a folder this does the trick.
