Free app is okay, but "premium" version is a Scam.

Pros
The free app allows you to write documents with basic fonts and saves them on your device, but it does Not allow you to export a doc as a pdf file. The "premium" version is supposed to allow you to do so or to save it in a Mobisystems cloud. However, the "premium" does Not exist. I paid 4.99$ to Mobisystems. The download provided was the same as the free version, and No way to enter the "activation code" was provided. I tried to find a way to activate "premium" on both my LG phone and Kindle, thoroughly. No way was provided. I sent 2 support requests to Mobisystems 5 days ago and received NO response. NO Help! Don't pay Mobisystems any money!
Cons
There is No premium version. It's a Scam!!
Summary

Updated on Feb 18, 2018
After more than 10 days of Not receiving any response to my 2 support requests, there is absolutely No doubt that the "premium" version is a Scam. I have seen an ad or two for their "premium" version every single day after having paid for it and finding it the same as the free version with no ability to export as pdf file or to save to the cloud. So I give them a 1 star rating for duplicity. I tried to change the 2 stars in my initial rating to 1, but the website did not allow it, at least in my Kindle.
