Good Enterprise fax solution.

Pros
Leverages Active Directory for authentication. Web Client allows anywhere/anytime access across the Enterprise Supports Pots or Voip Bridges the gap between Sharps MFD's and the desktop.
Cons
Very poor customer service. Slow response to any issues you may experience. Requires there expertise to correctly configure. No support offered to configure your voice gateways if using Voip.
Summary
Still in the rollout process and proving very painful getting response from their technical team. For an enterprise solution provider, they are operating more like a "mom & pop" shop. But we are still expectant as to how well the service will prove an asset.
FaxCore is the next generation fax server.

Pros
Price is great! Server comes already configured. Warranty on server. No extra software installation needed on the mail server.
Cons
I haven't found any yet.
Summary
Comes already configured. This configuration can be complicated when dealing with robust environments. Administrators get an alert if any server/connection/telephone issues exist before the problem disrupts productivity.
