Add folder-action window scripts to folders and store/restore window properties automatically.

FAwindowing (Folder Action Windowing) scripts can be attached to a folder using Folder Actions. When the target window opens and the script runs for the first time, Window Size, Position, View, ToolBar visibility, and SideBar width can be stored and then restored automatically next time the window opens. Version 104v2 removes an annoying error dialog if the user gets too far ahead opening windows and the OS catches up and the target window is no longer open. Also, Option key is detected more reliably for entering into SettingsMode.
