All provinces were destroyed by the Tauran war machine except one, Haven, which had built its own weapons factories and established its independence from the corporation combating the invasion. So gain control over the people of Haven and must fight off the opposing forces and save the world from destruction. As you play your technology increases and more options such as energy, credits, and research become available to you.
