In Facing the Rain, you play a maid trying to brighten up a gloomy hotel. It's a narrative-driven 2D adventure with point-and-click mechanics. Every choice you make matters, apparently.

  • Pros

    • Charming pixel graphics give the game a unique feel | Multiple endings based on your choices add replay value | Evocative soundtrack enhances the emotional impact | Puzzles and collectibles offer some depth

  • Cons

    • Brief playtime may leave you wanting more | Might be too narrative-focused for some players | I wish there was more to do outside the main story
