Installation was easy. can have a felxible schedule or manually back up entire hard drive. After initial backup there is an option to backup only new files or images. Easy to check and see that backup is successful. It always has been. I highly recommend this product.

I loaded this software and started a backup. It repartitioned and reformatted my backup drive WITHOUT notifying me. I lost all my personal backup files, pictures, scanned documents, irreplaceable data - EVERYTHING. I have written the company 3 e-mails and then didn't bother to answer.
