Used Eymex - Halı Yıkama Programı for Android?
Editors’ Review
Tracks orders from pickup to delivery with QR-labelled carpets, timestamped workflow stages, real-time cloud sync between office and field drivers, and map-based route planning. Eymex - Halı Yıkama Programı, by Eymence, centralizes customer records, printing, notifications, and financial reports. It adds QR tracking, Bluetooth thermal printer support, an AI operational assistant, and e-Archive/e-Invoice integration for end-to-end shop management, and automated SMS and WhatsApp notifications. Designed for carpet and upholstery cleaners, small factory operators, and delivery services needing mobile order control.
Manages the full order lifecycle with item-level status tracking
Order stages are explicit: Received, Washing, Distribution, Delivered, and Cancelled, which lets teams follow a carpet from intake to delivery. The app uses a QR code labelling system for individual identification and an integrated customer database that stores multiple addresses and order history. The developer built the workflow to replace manual paperwork with a cloud system that synchronizes records between locations and staff in near real time.
Organizes pickups, routing, and on-site proofing for mobile crews
Route planning automatically sorts pickup and delivery orders by location and supplies map-based navigation for drivers. Mobile crews can print QR-coded labels and receipts via Bluetooth thermal printers directly from their device, which keeps item identification tied to physical tags. The Android build includes a Caller ID that recognizes registered customers, while iOS uses contact synchronization for similar identification during calls.
Provides accounting and conversational operational tools for owners
Reporting covers daily, weekly, and monthly income breakdowns to support shop-level accounting. Built-in e-Archive and e-Invoice integration links transactional records to compliance workflows used by many Turkish businesses. An AI-powered operational assistant answers queries about pending orders and collection status, enabling managers to retrieve status information conversationally without opening multiple screens.
Targets Turkish carpet cleaning and similar delivery services with cross-platform reach
The product focuses on the Turkish carpet-cleaning market but also fits upholstery, dry-cleaning, and water delivery businesses that need mobile deliveries. It ships a native Android client, an iOS version, and a Web management panel so office staff and drivers access the same dataset. The developer reports implementation at over 500 cleaning businesses, and users cite fewer operational errors and an interface field staff find easy to use.
Pros
- QR code labels enable item-level identification and tracking
- Bluetooth thermal printing supports on-site labels and receipts
- AI assistant answers operational queries about orders and collections
- Real-time cloud sync across Android, iOS, and Web panels
Cons
- Workflows tailored to the Turkish carpet-cleaning sector may need localization
- Caller identification behaves differently on Android versus iOS
- E-Archive and e-Invoice features require initial administrative setup
Bottom Line
Eymex suits operators who need focused operational control
Eymex is a capable option for small cleaning factories and mobile delivery teams that require item-level tracking and synchronized field operations. The trade-off is its industry-specific workflow focus, which may need customization for businesses with different billing or compliance requirements. For managers who need a targeted operations platform rather than a general CRM, it offers a practical, device-spanning way to tighten daily processes.
