1. price for licenses was lowered, developer license is removed, now it's possible to purchase it for $99 for business! 2. Several new nice features.
Cons
They are always fixing my rare problems in the next versions, so the answer here: "NONE"

Exescript's compiled batch files do not work on all computers. buyer beware! What is the point in making EXEs if they do not work on 75% of the computers you distribute them to? This is not a reliable program! I tried them on WinXP Vista and Win7

Unreliable software. I will be trying other batch file compilers as this one does not work on many different systems that I tried it on. I found out by giving my compiled batch file to all of my friends and they made fun of me because the EXE didn't even load?!?

Pros
I really can compile vbs and js files with complex functions - ConnectObject, DisconnectObject at last. I did try ScriptCryptor before - ExeScript is much better. Did not try bat, hta but I'm sure it work fine.
Cons
Developer license is not cheap but I did purchase it for my company.
Summary
Recommended to all users. Great compilation tool, great IDE and debug utility.
