This software offers a solution to users who want to extract cell text in one or more MS Excel files. To get this software to work, simply drag and drop the Excel files you would like to work with and click a button to begin extraction. There are features in the software to extract cell content by character or characters they do or do not contain. There are features to extract based on specific location such as A1 to B4. Finally, there is a feature to extract between starting and ending character or characters repeatedly in all cells. You can save your extracted data as an enter-delimited or comma-delimited text file. By scanning and pulling out your desired data using advanced methods, this software will save you hours of time having to search by eye.

I would not install this program

Pros
it looked easy to use. But I dont know if it worked as I uninstalled it.
Cons
This program automatically installed tons of malware on my PC upon install.. and there was no option to bypass that.I uninstalled it immediately after noticing what it installed without my permission.

Pros
Easy to use. Variety of choices as to what is extracted - specific values/text found in any cell location or any value from specific cell(s)/locations. Allows the loading of all files from a folder, or multiple individual files. Extracts, if you choose FULL VERSION lets you to export the extracted data to a csv (comma separated values) file that can then be opened into a spreadsheet (Excel for example) for analysis. If looking for proper formatting/sorting in a large number of files, this report makes it easy to see which, if any, files are not in compliance with those restrictions.
Cons
None that I have found and I used the free version for several years.
Summary
I/my company use this program to 'pre-edit' hundreds of files (close to 600 workbooks with multiple worksheets) WITHOUT having to open each one and tab through each worksheet. Has saved HOURS and HOURS of time!
