• A real pain to set up

  The whole atttitude of the developers in designing this is, "figure it out yourself". A totally cavalier attitude. Nothing is obvous or easy to find. The first thing that happened when I installed it was an abrupt and rude dialogue box that said there was no open excel sheet. Nothing prior to that indicated I needed to have an excel sheet open, or how I to use the program. I opened one up and put in a phone number and nothing. I was totally in the dark and they don't give a damn. Well, maybe they will now! I went to their FAQ page. You are supposed to go through all that hassle trying to figure out which applies to your circumstances. Well, FAQ you too!<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Nov 16, 2011<p/>Another thing: CNet doesn't mention up front it costs.How much? Who knows. Neither CNet or the developer say. That's dishonest.

• This is the best piece of software on my computer!

  Pros

  This program simplifies dialing from excel lists! It works consistently, has lots of options, and is completely supported by a great customer service dept.

  Cons

  The only con is that I did not find it sooner! Have had no problems, and when my computer melted down and I needed a new key, it was supplied at no charge within minutes, over a year after I purchased the program.

  Summary

  If you work from an excel spreadsheet and make calls all day, this is the best time and energy saver you will ever find at anywhere near the price. Both the product and the support are outstanding in every way I can think of.

  Pros

  It just does not work as advertised, and the guys who sell it do not support you and will not give you a serial number to open the software.

  Cons

  Everything is bad

  Summary

  Pay Pal will not refund when you get this software and find out the guys who sell it won't give you a serial number to unlock it. Also, once you do get the serial number the product just does not work.

  Integrates will with Intellect from Chaos software. <p>Easy to install. <p>A tool you will use often. <p>Better than the Windows Dialer.

  Pros

  Easy install, almost no configuration. Identified my modem I haven't used in several years, but hung onto just in case, worked right out of the box.

  Cons

  Could be a little less responsive, like having to double click to activate. All you have to do is click on any cell to activate dialer and it automatically starts the dialing process. A little breathing room would be nice. But for a $49. program, well worth the bucks.

  THERE IS NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. IT WILL FREEZE UP YOUR COMPUTER

  WILL NOT GIVE MONEY BACK...UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. PRODUCT IS NOT USABLE, IT FREEZES UP AFTER 3 CALLS. POOR DESIGN.DON'T BOTHER LOADING IT

  That's a tough one.

  Cons

  No phone support. <p> <p>The product did not work when I recieved it. <p> <p>It took hours to recieve a working reg #. I had to complain to merchant bank before I recieved a working reg key. <p> <p>It did not work when I got it. <p> <p>It would dial 6 times and froze up. <p> <p>The email support was slow or non-existent. <p> <p>Finally was told I needed a new modem, but was never given a list of what model of modem works. <p> <p>I would not purchase this product again.
