Good idea poorly implemented

- I tried this app and didn't like it for the following reasons: 1) very unstable (crashed my MS Outlook 2003 and then disappeared for good, couldn't send messages as a stand alone app though all settings were correct); 2) no help file (only online info); 3) very bad sound quality and no settings to improve it; 3) not good-looking interface; 4) it needs too much resources. For Voice to Email I would recommend to use Vemail or DictaMail 499. I'm on Win XP.

- I used this to send a client list info on a new product, received positive feedback from clients. Especially good if you include jpg's of product or service so the client can look and listen.
