Pros
I like that this dictionary is completely free, and comes with several Romanian-English dictionary. My favorite is Technial 2, because it uses each word in a variety of context phrases.
Cons
The Everest Dictionary user interface could be better. For example, the default window size is tiny, and the program is missing a minimize button. Also, no reference is made to the physical dictionaries that these words come from,
Summary
If you want to learn Romanian, or you are a Romanian who wants to learn English, for sure get this program.

... but the Web page shows downloads as unavailable. Why include Everest on your "25 Newest Windows Downloads" list if it isn't currently "downloadable"??
