• Big disapointment...

  Pros

  This game is very addictive. It utilizes the power of your immagination rather that flashy graphics and special effects. I really love the customizable endings, and multiple story threads.

  Cons

  This is not a fully functional trial. It is a limited version demo, that stops working once you get so far into the plot thread... and once you get trapped into a story thread, it can be difficult to get out. You have to go on numerous silly supply runs, transporting things around for no reason. After lots and lots and lots of these meanial types of missions, you finally get to do the good stuff. <p> <p>Needless to say, I was so dissapointed when I thought I was just about to finish one of the major story threads, and get to the two last missions (the ones that make it all worth going through). <p> <p>What happenes? The storyline abruptly ends, and you are told by one of the characters that unless you register, you will not be allowed to proceed. WHAT A CROCK!!! <p> <p>That would be like Lucas chopping off Star <p>Wars before the Death Star was destroyed. If I had known this was only a limited trial version, I would not have downloaded it.

  It occasionally becomes interesting to find something new to do. If there were more pleasant surprises, it would be worth more.

  Cons

  This is not a $30 game. The ability to save where you are is non-existent. I played for hours and hours before being able to progress to a level where I could compete with the computer. After the thirty day trial, I still didn't know many of the features because of the lack of a help section. Tons of time-consuming busy-work assignments before anything really engaging happens.

  i have played this since the very first one.(before you prolly ever heard of!) when this came out i totally got it. registered it so u can finally use the pulgins and buy some ships(only drawback.)Problem is that in version.1.0.8 hector kills u :*(. So u have to register again. I highly recomend getting this game

  This is my favorite game for on the road, because I can play with my trackpad, and it doesn't need as much processor power as most of today's games like UT 2k4. Good buy! If you don't have a superfast comp, but you like games with good gameplay instead of good graphics, go get this NOW!
