Very good product, but very specific

Pros
This product does what it says on the tin. It manages your quality system and makes it look pretty. It is very good at what it does, very easy to set up and very easy to roll out. Your quality system essentially becomes an intranet site - whilst EQMS works away in the background ensuring that all the admin is done.
Cons
If you are looking for something to version control word documents etc. this is not what you are after. The strength of this product is that it sacrifices flexibility for simplicity. It is easy to setup and you can easily customise the look of your quality system, but you cannot change for example the general format of a quality process. This is because the computer uses the format to control everything.
