  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I DL:ed this patch for Copy Utility. It installed fine, even without a earlier version installed. It let me scan a document and send it to the printer (a Samsung ML-7300N). However, it took ages before anything came out, and when it did, it was just a couple of rows of grabage text. Can't they ever do anything right? BTW, I find it totally unacceptable that there isn't a SmartPanel version for MacOS X to download. I sent this to Epson yesterday: "When I bought the Perfection 3200 scanner in summer 2003, I knew that not all the supplied software was MacOS X compatible (even though MacOS X had existed for over two years at that time). However, I expected that you should release OS X-versions of the software in a couple of months, free of charge. It's quite unfair that I first have to wait for eight months for you release software that makes my Perfection 3200 scanner fully MacOS X-compatible, but now you also want me to pay for it! I've already paid over £350 for the scanner, so I don't see any logic in why I should pay more just to be able to fully use my scanner's features such as copying, OCR and one-button scanning. If I had known that this is how you threat your Mac customers, I would most probably have bought a scanner of another brand."
