promised to send my pix to CVS within 24 hours.... there was nothing there after 32 hours... nothing when I checked the next day. I emailed the company to cancel my order and only got auto-responses. Ultimately, had to go thru my credit card company to cancel the payment

They made a passport photo by cropping my face and putting it on a white background, so obvious, they don't even know basic USCIS regulation, just waisted 7.99 for no service and I must get a passport photo now

Summary
I received my refund with no explanation or apology from epassportphoto.com after my complaint. The delay from epassportphoto.com delayed my application for my passport. I would not do business with them. This company has no integrity...

You send them a photo and they will size it and position you head properly to meet passport requirements. They will also remove shadows in the background. They will submit it for printing to a Walgreens or other store where you can pick it up. You will still have to pay the store printing fee for two 4x6 photos. I thought the 11$ are fair for the peace of mind that your photo will be accepted. The processing took exactly 24 hours, however, when I picked it up I noticed that, while manipulating the photo background, the ePassportPhoto technician had cut off my ear. Therefore I created my own 2x2 photo and printed it at the same store onto a 4x6 for a few cents. ePasportPhoto never responded to my email. I wouldn't use them again.

Horrible customer service. Also, website is misleading. Website makes it extraordinarily difficult to access the "free download" option. At the point of choosing either free download or pay to send to a drugstore, the "tabs" for free download are inactive. The pay to send to drugstore option is highlighted and appears to be the only active option. You have to search and find the small, faint "no thanks" button at the bottom right to get out of the screen that shows both options but will not let you select the free download, you must find the button and say no thanks to paying for the service. I was suckered into paying for the service because I did not see the "no thanks" button. At the screen to choose a drug store I could only choose a name of a drugstore, not a specific address. After I selected a drugstore, there was no further choice, I was told I would receive information when my pic was ready to pick up. I received an email later--the email was not addressed to my name, rather it was addressed to a name I am not familiar (not even close to mine). As well, the pick up address was multiple states away. I sent an email to customer service(because there is no other way to contact the company) and received a response that my refund was fulfilled --no apology. I was so irritated by my experience I wrote a letter to customer service expressing my disappointment. The response, "thank you for your feedback." Will not use again.
