It provides different types of users accessibility such as EOD engineer and Executive .Users can get access of customer care to provide assistance to Customer and answer queries raised by the Customers.However, EOD application has various features which delivers smooth functioning and great control over the generation of ticket, visibility of ticket status, allocation and reallocation of generated and assigned tickets of EOD. Systematic and Productive daily activity, ticket execution and respondents and detail view of history of tickets. All pages are accessed based on role based rights allocation.This information is used as the source to specify & describe the process flows & description of application that need to be implemented.
