  Pros

  What a lifesaver this software was for me. I lost all text messages, call logs and contacts. I downloaded this program from Enigma Recovery and was able to get back all important messages and numbers. Thanks guys. Highly recommend this program. More power!

  Pros

  This software recovered most of my deleted messages and contacts. It also recovered some messages that I did not know were deleted it.

  Bad data can be recovered with the deleted information.

  Summary

  This application is excellent it recovered most my information and I was able to store my deleted information back to my phone and it allowed me to export it on to my computer. I was very impressed that such product even existed.

  Recovered my deleted messages I had lost on the weekend. they were so important! Needed to recover deleted messages i need for a court case and the software downloaded them from my phone - had to leave a review because it worked amazingly

  The software did take a long time to scan my phone, they said it was because i had a lot of data stored on it. They should make the scan time faster for phones with bigger memory.

  Summary

  It was super easy to use, spoke to the support online chat while I waited and just confirmed how to restore the deleted messages back to my phone - this bit comes at the end. And they were super friendly and helpfu. The software did exactly what it said it would although the whiole process was very time consuming we got there in the end!

  It doesn't make any sense for a product to claim it can recover deleted files when it just refers to files that already exist on your phone. Also, recovering from iTunes backups can just be done through iTunes, so this seems to serve no useful unique functions.

  Not user friendly even though we took action immediately after the data was lost. We got the "oh by the way Apple..." after we contacted tech support for the second time. There anser is in the summary. We recoverd maybe 20% of the data but a lot had "gibberish" in it.

  Summary

  The main cause for not being able to find all your data is because Apple designed iOS devices in a special way. Apple design iOS devices to store ALL deleted data in database files, which are stored in the back of the iOS device. Now, overtime the deleted data can be over written by more recent data and could possibly erase your data in your database files permanantly. That's why we state on our website that we have a 94% success rate in recovery, as we cannot guarantee you we will be able to recover everything you are looking for.
