Stand alone program for Mac or Windows, does not require any other software to be installed. E-mails can be generated (but not sent) while off-line. A one time payment of $27 unlocks the software for unlimited use and includes updates and technical support.

Pros
Easy to set up. I just add the message and who I'm sending to. It can send emails as a group or individual emails. Set the send date and time, and it will go out automatically. I needed something that would send reminders to attend the webinar they had signed up for. I set it to send the reminder a day ahead of the webinar at 8 a.m. and I can forget it. This is the important feature -- the schedule and send later. I have a Mac and it works fine, but I've tried on my Windows machine also.
Cons
The program isn't integrated with the Apple Mail, but that's a problem with the Mail program, not the Scheduler.
Summary
I have been hunting for some time for a delated email scheduler feature (which should be part of every mail program), and finally found this. Well worth the low price.
