I've had a reason to switch between my desktop and laptop for my convenience. In this case you need to update information about your machine in our database. So, I wrote to the company and they guide me in a short time. The response quality is really high.
Cons
The protection system and policy is rather peculiar, but the company is loyal.

I only lost $20 attempting to purchase this product, and $20 is not going to break me.
Cons
I had a project to get done, so after writing and still not receiving the promised follow-up email with activation code, I was forced to purchase another product to finish my project. Two days after purchase my activation code was sent.When I said I no longer needed the product and wanted a refund, Eltima said my request would not be honored for a refund and that they had sent the code to me on the day I purchased it. I have checked my inbox and junk mail box three times and have not seen an email with the activation code sent on the day of purchase.
Summary
I will not be activating the product, and have forfeited $20.

Seriously, this is the best video player for OS X, I have been looking for a video player for my needs, that he could play .avi, .mp4 and .mkv. And he is able to download your desired videos from other sites :)

Pros
I had been using the "free" version for a while and decided to try "Pro" and now realize what I was missing. The video resolution is super and the app allows you to open a DVD disk without having to do any conversion.
Cons
This app does everything I need to do.

If you haven't tried "Pro" then I think you're missing out.

I've been using Elmedia Player Pro for quite a while and find it an easy to use and superbly stable piece of software. It easily wins five stars from me.

Waiting till I get newest version... so far, no complaints for the application as is.
