Pros
ESC Software has been a great asset to my business. The software has allowed us to grow and integrate the system into our business as needed without a huge upfront out of pocket expense. We started with the base dispatch system and saw the advantages of the software in the first weak as we were learning the system. Along with paper savings this software has saved us 30% on office staffing with its ability to control dispatches, billing, and inventory. The GPS, Mapping and Mobile solutions have allowed us to increase our call commitment 20% with increased customer satisfaction. Thank you to all the staff and technical support teams at dESCO. I would highly recommend this to anyone!
Cons
Like most software, there is a learning curve and you must make a commitment to install, learn and use it in order to see it's full potential. However dESCO does an amazing job providing you with all the resources you need to get up and running. They have online self-help resources on the descosupport.com site and provide excellent technical support with their staff.
Summary
All in all, I can't say enough positive things about ESC software and dESCO as a company. It is refreshing to do business with someone who puts as much emphasis on customer service as they do in providing the best software available.

Cheaper than most other programs only they work
Cons
Good luck with the accounting and getting it to work with quick books and billing and Tech support takes hours to call you back. Good luck if your system is down and you can't figure it out.
Summary
Spend a little more for a much better product!!
