• This software is way past it's prime.

  It has a nice name... one of the coolest

  Cons

  The software still thinks your computer is connected to a land line. The address book doesn't support web pages or email addresses. Tech support is iffy... I contacted them 5 times and receiveed only 2 responses. I bought it and wish I hadn't.

  Summary

  This is just a recompile of Almanac. Almanac was good for it's time but that era is over and we are in the 21st century where Einstime is just wondering what's going to happen @ y2k. I initially thought it had a lot of promise but I was wrong. Input to the calendar is klunky... especially so if you have re-occuring calendar entries. There are so many things about this program that are just not up to todays technology it isn't worth my time to start a list. Like I said, I bought it and wish I hadn't.

  This is the BEST calendar program I have ever used!! Simple, yet very powerful. The ability to switch between Gregorian, Jewish, or both is AWESOME!!!

• Not much of a difference from Almanac

  Pros

  This is an excellent PIM with most of the features you could want. It's intuitive and flexible. The addition of the feature totrack over 80 world time zones and to convert and display the correct local (point-of-reference) time for all events on your calendar and schedule will help travelers to keep their schedules "up to date".

  Cons

  Besides the above added features, this is the same program as Almanac. If you've ever bought Almanac, it's not worth the $39.95 for this update. One of the neat things about Almanac was it's website which encouraged users to make and share their overlays (configurable schedules) and resulted in (free) downloadable files detailing birthdays of entertainers, musicians, celebrities as well as NBA and NFL schedules. I haven't found this invitation on the new website. Frankly, this was why I bought the re-vamped version.

  Summary

  This time information program is absolutely outstanding! I have meetings in all different time zones, and thanks to Einstime, I'll never be late again. I also loved the ability to highlight for example, a birthday, with a birthday cake icon was a nice touch.
